Cairo: Welcome to Egypt, the humming capital of Egypt, where the past and the modern converge. Your guide will greet you at the airport inside the terminal. Once you pick up your luggage, you will be escorted to your hotel by both your driver and guide. We suggest you take the time to discuss the details of your itinerary with your guide. If there are any additional excursions you may want to partake in, this is a good opportunity to mention them.

You will be left for the rest of the day to relax and rest after your flight. However, if you wish to do anything in the afternoon or evening, we suggest you consult with your guide who is quite knowledgeable about different outings around you.

Cairo: Prepare to be captivated by the world’s most iconic sights as you embark on a journey through Egypt’s awe-inspiring past. Your day begins with a visit to the Pyramids of Giza, a testament to human ingenuity and engineering marvels. Stand in wonderment at these ancient structures that have withstood time and survived many politics. You may even have the opportunity to explore the Great Pyramid of Khufu, a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Continue your exploration at the Egyptian Museum, home to an extraordinary collection of antiquities that reveal the fascinating stories of Egypt’s pharaohs and queens. Wander through its treasure-filled halls filled with magnificent antiquities.

In the evening, you fly to the wonder of the south of Egypt, Aswan.

Afterward, you have the rest of the day free to relax, indulge in some shopping at the bustling bazaar, or immerse yourself in the local culture at a traditional teahouse.

Luxor: Rise early and venture into the legendary Valley of the Kings, where over 60 pharaohs were buried in elaborate tombs adorned with intricate reliefs and paintings. Accompanied by your knowledgeable guide, explore this sprawling necropolis that holds the secrets of the New Kingdom pharaohs. Learn about their funerary rituals, legends, and the significance of the well-preserved paintings and hieroglyphics within the deepest tombs.

As you arrive in Hurghada, a vibrant beach resort, settle into your hotel and take a walking tour with your guide to familiarize yourself with the warm surroundings. Explore the local restaurants and eateries, savoring the flavors of Egyptian cuisine.

Hurghada: Head to the Hurghada Marina and board a boat for an excursion to Giftun Island, part of the Red Sea National Parks. Spend a relaxing day on the pristine white beach of Mahmya, surrounded by the turquoise waters of the Red Sea. Immerse yourself in the extraordinary underwater world as you embark on a snorkeling excursion to one of the most magnificent reefs in the Red Sea. Marvel at the vibrant coral walls, elegant fan corals, and a kaleidoscope of colorful fish that inhabit this marine paradise. Snorkeling gear will be provided for your convenience.

Afterward, indulge in a buffet lunch at one of Mahmya’s open-air sea view restaurants and enjoy the beach’s amenities, such as volleyball or simply basking in the sun. In the late afternoon, return to Hurghada and transfer back to your hotel.

Cairo: Today you will fly back to Cairo. Upon your return, delve into the vibrant Islamic parts of the city with your trip guide. Explore the frenetic backstreets of the local bazaar, Khan El-Khalili, which is one of the oldest and largest ancient markets in the world. Lose yourself in the labyrinth of narrow streets, immersing yourself in the medieval atmosphere and indulging in the sensory delights of the gold market, Perfume Street, and the spice market. Absorb the captivating scenes and aromas that define this quintessential Cairo experience.

Alexandria: Embark on a private van journey along the desert road to Alexandria, a captivating city on the Mediterranean coast. The drive will take approximately 3 hours. Alexandria, known as the Bride of the Mediterranean Sea, boasts a rich history and cultural significance. Begin your visit with an orientation walking tour led by your guide. Learn about the city’s founding by the Greek architect Dinocrates under the orders of Alexander the Great. Discover Alexandria’s role as a prominent cultural, intellectual, political, and economic metropolis, once the capital of Ancient Egypt’s last royal dynasty, the Ptolemies. Stroll along the picturesque Corniche and take in the fresh Mediterranean air. In the evening, witness the city come alive as its lights illuminate the streets.

Alexandria / El-Alamein: Head to El Alamein, a historically significant site located on the Mediterranean Sea, around 106 kilometers west of Alexandria. El Alamein played a pivotal role in World War II battles and marked a turning point in the North African campaign. Explore the area and visit the war museum, which sheds light on the events that unfolded here. Discover the memorials dedicated to the soldiers from various countries who lost their lives, including Greece, South Africa, Australia, Italy, and more.
