• DAY 1: FRI - ARRIVAL
  • Arrival in the Land of the Pharaohs. At Cairo International airport you will be welcomed and assisted through immigration and customs by our representative, then escorted to your hotel.
  
  
• DAY 2: SAT - CAIRO, CITY TOUR
  • Morning flight to Aswan. Upon arrival you will be escorted to your hotel. (Optional tour to Abu Simbel: visit the Colossal Temple of Ramses II and the temple of his beloved Queen Nefertari, both temples carved out of a hillside beside the Nile in the 13th century BC). (B, L)
    
• DAY 3: SUN - CAIRO, OLD CAIRO, KHAN EL KHALILI
  • After breakfast, transfer to your cruise ship where you will spend the next 3 nights / 4 days. Accommodation aboard your cruise ship will consist of outside junior suite cabin with private facilities. You will visit the High Dam, the Granite Quarries with the Unfinished Obelisk and the Temple of Philae, view of Kitchener’s Island botanical garden and the Agha Khan Mausoleum by felucca. After lunch, sail to Kom Ombo where you will visit the Ptolemaic Temple of Sobek & Haroeries. Then sail to Edfu and overnight.(B, L)
    
• DAY 4: MON - CAIRO, LUXOR
  • After breakfast, transfer to Cairo airport for your flight to Luxor. Upon arrival transfer to your luxury cruise ship for a 5 days /4 nights cruise. Accommodation aboard your cruise ship will consist of outside Beethoven suite cabin with private facilities. Visit the Temple of Karnak & the Temple of Luxor. Afternoon tea and dinner followed by belly dancer show. Overnight in Luxor. (B, L, D)
    
• DAY 5: TUE - LUXOR, ESNA
  • After breakfast, visit the West Bank including Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. After lunch, sail to Esna. Afternoon tea, Captain's welcome cocktail, dinner overnight in Esna.

• DAY 6: WED - EDFU, ASWAN
  • Free wake up, sail to Edfu during breakfast. Upon arrival to Edfu, travel by horse-drawn carriage to the Temple of Horus, considered the best-preserved ancient temple in Egypt and the second largest after the Temple of Karnak. Lunch during sailing to Aswan. Afternoon tea and dinner followed by a Gallabya Party. Overnight in Aswan. (B, L, D)
    
• DAY 7: THU - ASWAN
  • Visit the Aswan High Dam, the Granite Quarries & Philae Temple. View of Kitchner's Island botanical garden and the Agha Khan Mausoleum by felucca. Afternoon tea and dinner followed by a Nubian Folkloric Show. Overnight in Aswan. (B, L, D)
    
• DAY 8: FRI - ASWAN, ABU SIMBEL, CAIRO
  • Disembarkation and transfer to Aswan airport for your flight to Abu Simbel. Visit the Great Temple of Ramses II and of his beloved Queen Nefertari. After visiting this magnificent site, you will be transferred back to Abu Simbel airport for your flight to Cairo via Aswan. Relax at your hotel in Cairo and enjoy the facilities of your hotel. • DAY 9: SAT - CAIRO, ALEXANDRIA, CAIRO
  • Early breakfast then start your over day to Alexandria by private car & guide. Visit the Catacombs of Kom El Shukafa, Quait Bay Fort. Stop for lunch at Sofitel Cecil hotel then proceed to the National Museum and Alexandria Library. Transfer back to Cairo. Overnight at hotel. (B, L)
    
• DAY 10: SUN - CAIRO, PYRAMIDS TOUR
  • After breakfast, a scenic drive will take you to the Pyramids & Sphinx of Giza, which have stood for the last 5000 years. Complete your visit at Giza with a tour of the Solar Boat Museum. Lunch at the Mena House hotel then continue to the ancient city of Memphis, the first capital of United Upper and Lower Egypt then visit Sakkara, site of the Step Pyramid of Zoser. Evening, dinner with entertainment on board a Nile cruising restaurant. (B, L)
    
• DAY 11: SUN - DEPARTURE
  • After breakfast, transfer to Cairo airport for your flight back to USA. (B)
