Day 1 - Arrival Cairo

Arrival in the Land of the Pharaohs. At Cairo International airport you will be welcomed and assisted through immigration and customs by our representative, then escorted to your hotel. (B/L)

Day 2 - Cairo (City tour)

Morning visit to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities which includes the world's largest collection of Pharaonic artifacts and the treasures of Tutankhamen's tome, also visit the Mummies room. Stop for deluxe lunch at the Al Azhar Park, then drive to the Citadel of Saladin and visit Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque. In the evening, you will enjoy the Sound and Light show at the Pyramids area. Day 3 - Cairo, Old Cairo, Khan el Khalili

Drive to Old Cairo, where early Judaism and Christianity flourished in Egypt. Visit the Ben Ezra Synagogue and Saint Sergius Church. Stop for deluxe lunch at the Nile Hilton Hotel, and enjoy a walking tour of the largest 13th century covered oriental market, Khan El Khalili Bazaar. Overnight at hotel.(B/L)

Day 4 - Cairo - Luxor & cruise

After breakfast, transfer to Cairo airport for your flight to Luxor. Upon arrival transfer to your luxury cruise ship for a 5 days /4 nights cruise. Accommodation aboard your cruise ship will consist of outside Beethoven suite cabin with private facilities. Visit the Temple of Karnak & the Temple of Luxor. Afternoon tea and dinner followed by belly dancer show. Overnight in Luxor. (B/L/D)

Day 5 - Luxor, Esna

After breakfast, visit the West Bank including Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. After lunch, sail to Esna. Afternoon tea, Captain's welcome cocktail, dinner overnight in Esna. (B/L/D)

Day 6 - Edfu, Aswan

Free wake up, sail to Edfu during breakfast. Upon arrival to Edfu, travel by horse-drawn carriage to the Temple of Horus, considered the best-preserved ancient temple in Egypt and the second largest after the Temple of Karnak. Lunch during sailing to Aswan. Afternoon tea and dinner followed by a Gallabya Party. Overnight in Aswan.(B/L/D)

Day 7 - Aswan

Visit the Aswan High Dam, the Granite Quarries & Philae Temple. View of Kitchner's Island botanical garden and the Agha Khan Mausoleum by felucca. Afternoon tea and dinner followed by a Nubian Folkloric Show. Overnight in Aswan. (B/L/D)

Day 8 - Aswan, Abu Simbel, Cairo

Disembarkation and transfer to Aswan airport for your flight to Abu Simbel. Visit the Great Temple of Ramses II and of his beloved Queen Nefertari. After visiting this magnificent site, you will be transferred back to Abu Simbel airport for your flight to Cairo via Aswan. Relax at your hotel in Cairo and enjoy the facilities of your hotel. (B)

Day 9 - Cairo, Alexandria, Cairo

Early breakfast then travel to Alexandria by private car & guide. Visit the Catacombs of Kom El Shukafa, Quait Bay Fort. Stop for deluxe lunch at Balbaa Village then proceed to the National Museum and Alexandria Library. Transfer back to Cairo. Overnight at hotel. (B/L/D)

Day 10 - Cairo, Pyramids Tour

After breakfast, a scenic drive will take you to the Pyramids & Sphinx of Giza, which have stood for the last 5000 years. Complete your visit at Giza with a tour of the Solar Boat Museum. Deluxe lunch at the Mena House Khan El Khalili restaurant then continue to the ancient city of Memphis, the first capital of United Upper and Lower Egypt. Visit Sakkara, site of the Step Pyramid of Zoser. Evening, dinner with entertainment on board a Nile cruising restaurant. (B/L/D)

Day 11 - Depart

After breakfast, transfer to Cairo airport for your flight. (B)
